A HUMAN STORY WITH A DIGITAL CONCEPT

From a simple application, we opted for the development of comprehensive management software. Our Business Model (before 2018) was initially based on the number of sports practitioners we brought to the managers of sports centers through our player connection application. After a major strategic shift, we chose to develop a global solution addressing all the issues faced by managers of racket and multi-sport clubs, as they were too poorly equipped until then. In short, there was almost no technology available to significantly save management time and facilitate client-manager interactions. The support needed for these facility managers was therefore identified: "Having a single tool to manage and organize all the issues of their complex." Implicitly, we save them hours every day and allow them to seek additional revenue. The story of Doinsport began with many ups and downs, and the signing of the first contracts was sometimes quite anecdotal. Indeed, I remember signing a contract on a can of paint or even in the back of a vegetable shop – unforgettable moments! When we see the evolution and what this technological gem has become, we sometimes laugh at our beginnings, and that is what ultimately makes the adventure the most beautiful!
