1 – General
The “Doinsport” site and application are made available by the company TRENICOM SAS, a company incorporated under French law registered with the RCS of Béziers under number 822 078 796, whose head office is located at 24 RUE CHARLES TELLIER, 13014 MARSEILLE ( hereinafter referred to as “TRENICOM”).
The purpose of these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter “T & Cs”) is to govern access and use of the “Doinsport” site (hereinafter the “site”) developed by TRENICOM.
The user means any person using the Doinsport site (hereinafter “the User”).
By browsing the site, the User agrees to submit without reservation to these T & Cs.
2 – System Requirements

Consequently, the User agrees to be the sole and unique person responsible with regard to TRENICOM for all acts carried out from his User Account and for the protection of his password.
If the User becomes aware of an unauthorized use of his password and / or User Account, he undertakes to inform TRENICOM without delay by email to the following address: email@example.com
The services offered on the site are completely free for the user. However, the costs of using the Internet are the responsibility of the user. The User acknowledges that the conditions of the contract with his internet service provider will continue to apply when using the site.
5 – Publication of content
5.1. The term “Content” refers to the information, comments and content that the User voluntarily disseminates / publishes, in a private or public capacity, on the site.
The User is solely responsible for his use of the site, the Content he publishes on the site, and any consequences that may arise therefrom. Under no circumstances will TRENICOM be held responsible for the Content created by the User.
The User retains his rights to all content he submits, posts or publishes on or through the site. 5.3 During the use of the site, the member undertakes:

• To respect the laws and regulations in force.
• Not to incite violence or advocate war crimes or crimes against humanity.
• Not to violate the rules of decorum and to remain correct vis-à-vis other Members.
• Not to interfere in any way whatsoever with the normal operation of the Services and the site’s infrastructure.
• Not to canvass other Members in order to promote paid services.
• Not to disclose to other Members their login information, in particular their Account password.
• Not to advertise or incite of any kind to use any other service, competitor or not, and not to commit an offense relating to unfair competition.
6 – Availability
TRENICOM strives to ensure the availability of the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, it may happen that access to the site is interrupted, in particular in the context of maintenance operations, upgrades or updates, emergency repairs, or as a result of circumstances beyond the control of TRENICOM. .
TRENICOM undertakes to take all reasonable measures to limit such disruptions, insofar as they are attributable to it.
7 – Personal data
7.1. The data collected and subsequently processed by TRENICOM are those that the User voluntarily transmits when creating their User Account.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 amended in 2004, the User has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning him. All he has to do is write online at firstname.lastname@example.org or send a letter to the address at the top of this document, attaching proof of identity.
The information collected from Users is stored securely. The person responsible for collecting and processing this data is TRENICOM, the contact details of which appear above. This data will be used by TRENICOM for the purposes of using the site and will not be communicated to third parties without the prior authorization of the User.
7.2. Personal data relating to the User will be destroyed upon expiry of the legal deadlines or when they no longer become relevant or at the express request of the User.
8 – Intellectual property
8.1. The site and the content of the site are protected by the Intellectual Property Code as well as by all applicable international standards, and are, unless otherwise indicated, the exclusive property of TRENICOM.
Any reproduction, representation, publication, transmission, use or modification, in whole or in part, of the site and / or one of its elements, made without the prior written authorization of TRENICOM would constitute an infringement liable to lead to civil proceedings and / or criminal.
8.2. TRENICOM grants the User a revocable, free, non-transferable and non-exclusive worldwide license to use the site in accordance with the T & Cs.
9 – Limitation of liability
The User acknowledges and accepts that the site is provided by means of the Internet, mobile networks and therefore, that factors beyond the reasonable control of TRENICOM may have an impact on the quality and availability of the site.
By using the site, the User accepts all the risks and characteristics inherent in the use of mobile devices and the Internet, in particular possible technical malfunctions of the Internet and mobile telephone networks preventing the proper development and / or operation of the site, computer bugs, technical anomalies and / or failures, transmission delays, data loss and risks of hacking.
Consequently, TRENICOM cannot under any circumstances be held responsible with regard to, in particular: the availability, timeliness, security, and quality of all or part of the site, of any associated software or application or of any other product. , service or information obtained through the site.
Under no circumstances will TRENICOM be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use of the site, or any of its elements, by the User.
10 – Amendments
TRENICOM reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary and useful to these T & Cs at any time.
The functionalities and / or characteristics of the site and the related services are upgradeable.
TRENICOM reserves the right, at any time, to launch new services but also, without notice and at its sole discretion, to remove or modify all or part of the functionalities, characteristics, sections and / or services of the site.
11 – Termination
11.1. The User can request the termination of the T & Cs and the deletion of his User Account at any time, without having to justify any reason, by simple email sent to the following address: email@example.com.
11.2. TRENICOM may terminate the use of the site by a User subject to giving one month’s notice. TRENICOM reserves the right to take all necessary measures, including the termination of a User Account, without having to give any reasons, no notice, no formalities, no compensation for the benefit of the User, in the event of a legal decision binding him, events of force majeure, breach of these T & Cs or even in the event of suspected fraud . Such termination will take place without prejudice to all damages that could be claimed for damages suffered as a result of such breaches.
11.3. At the time of any termination, the rights and licenses granted to the User will be terminated and the User must cease all use of the Application. The User will not be entitled to any compensation.
12 – Applicable law and dispute
12.1. These T & Cs are subject to French law.
12.2. In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute arising in particular during the formation of the interpretation or execution of the T & Cs will be brought before the competent court of Marseille.
12.3. In case of translation of the T & Cs, only the French version is valid and applicable.
